Welcome to Playbrik (“the Platform”). By creating an account, playing games, publishing content, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Platform.
2. User-generated content
You retain ownership of the games, assets, images and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). By publishing Your Content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you own it or have the rights to publish it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that contains malware or attempts to compromise the Platform or other users. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Moderation & removal
We may review, moderate, unpublish, or delete any content at our discretion, particularly in response to reports of abuse or legal requirements. We aim to act reasonably but do not guarantee review of every item.
5. Marketplace & payments
Some features reference paid assets or premium games. Where payment features are enabled, additional terms and third-party payment processors may apply. Free content remains free unless clearly stated otherwise.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a research preview and may change, break, or lose data. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important work.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
